A fantastic 300 years old Bastide-like house about 250sqm with 2 terraces, magnificent views and a large private garden. Within 5 minutes walk you will find several great beaches, bakery, shopping, Antibe's old Town as well as the vibrant Juan les Pins.

The house is situated in a calm area on Cap d'Antibes surrounded by an impressive high bastide type wall with a gate ensuring full privacy once in the garden. There is plenty of space to park up to three cars in the driveway in the garden. You enter the house from the garden and on the ground floor you have a large living room with a door to the outside terrace. You have a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a separate large dining room with a large dining table and a fire place. From the ground floor you can also access the separate studio with a double bed, living room, kitchenette and bathroom. The studio also has its own entrance from the garden.

On the second level you have three large bedrooms with dubbel beds (180 cm). The Master bedroom has a private terrace facing the ocean and its own bathroom with, tub and two sinks. The other two bedrooms on this level share a bathroom with shower.

On the third level you will find a forth bedroom with breathtaking view over the Nice bay, the mountains and the old town of Antibes. The room is equipped with two beds (90 cm each or put together as a dubble 180cm bed). There is also a room with a sofa bed (140 cm) and an office/work space/table on this level as well as a WC.

In total the house can sleep up to 12 people in four bedrooms, a studio and a double sofa bed. There are three bathrooms including the one in the studio and an extra WC. The three main bedrooms on the second level all have air-condition. There is a flat screen TV and free wifi is available. We can also provide extra services like chef, maid, drivers with or without car and concierge services. Please ask specifically for these extra services so we can arrange for it .
